**The Company**

CSG Talent have partnered with an industrial products manufacturer who are a global market leader in the power management industry. They employ close to 100,00 people across 175 countries and are continuously growing due to their strong market presence. They have a number of blue chip clients across a range of industries including manufacturing, energy, telco and many other industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervising a team of technicians across NSW and Queensland.
- Managing the workload of the technicians and providing support on technical issues that may arise.
- Work closely with customers on service matters to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Monitor team performance and provide training as and when required.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of service department.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ideally you will have an Electrical License or Restricted License (other qualifications will also be considered)
- Experience of working on UPS products.
- Previous experience of supervising a team of tradespeople.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

**Package and Benefits**
- $100K -$110K + car + bonus + super
