**Your new role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join our team and support with the implementation of talent activities across the Australia and New Zealand business.

Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, you will work with leaders to fulfill immediate talent needs, and collaborate with the broader HR team to develop a robust, strategic talent function.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Form strong and credible relationships with hiring managers
- Implement creative sourcing strategies
- Build partnerships with educational institutions and industry groups to establish brand presence and build diverse talent pools
- Organise and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Support with delivery of workshops to enable effective recruitment practices across the business

**To be successful in this opportunity, you will have**:

- Knowledge of best practice, you enjoy keeping up with industry trends
- High attention to detail with a process-oriented approach, to provide consistent and timely service
- Experience with an HCM such as Success Factors will be highly advantageous
