**What We're Looking For**:

The **Event Operations Coordinator** will be responsible for the seamless execution of events from start to finish. You’ll support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, manage event logistics, and assist with the creation and preparation of event props and materials. This role is ideal for someone who loves to tick off tasks from a to-do list while also getting involved in the creative process behind event setups.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, from weddings to corporate functions.
- Managing workflow, company deliverables and communication through our preferred online systems.
- Organising the purchasing & ordering of supplies and styling items through preferred suppliers. Managing delivery / pick up of stock as needed.
- Preparing weekly run sheets and logistics and coordinating team shifts including rostering
- Coordinating and managing our warehouse & event preparation staff, ensuring tasks are on track, and assisting hands-on when needed.
- Create stunning visual designs that align with client briefs and exceed expectations.
- Help with the logistics of setting up and breaking down events during big events
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Stay on top of the latest event trends, offering fresh and innovative ideas.
- Problem-Solving. Handle any on-the-day issues with quick thinking and effective solutions, ensuring the event runs smoothly.
- Experience in **event preparation and organisation** (preferred).
- A proactive and flexible attitude

- The role is prodomantly based in our **office/warehouse in Prestons** but also attending the best venues Sydney offers
- It’s a **permanent position**:
