As the Operations Manager for our Air Conditioning Division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our air conditioning operations. From managing installation to ensuring client satisfaction, you will drive efficiency & quality within the division.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Air Conditioning Division.
- Coordinate installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other departments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a ops role within the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
