- Fixed Term 12 Month Contract
- Collaborative and friendly team

We are looking for a CRM Coordinator (HubSpot) to help power the future of our customer engagement platform.

You’ll play a key role in supporting, optimising, and growing our HubSpot ecosystem - driving efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams nationwide.

**About Us**

Polyaire is an international manufacturer and wholesale distributor of air conditioning products, established in 1973, our head office is in Adelaide with over 30 branches across Australia and over 50 years of experience. We lead the market by offering sustainable, cutting-edge AirTouch solutions that continue to revolutionise comfort in homes and businesses.

At Polyaire our values shape how we work, **we are all in**, **work smart**, **getting it done** and **cool service with a warm smile** are at the forefront of all we do. Our customers and suppliers are treated like valued partners which means working closely and openly towards sustainable solutions. Having these values as an integral part of our business has made Polyaire the preferred supplier in providing comfort to Australia.

**About the role**

The CRM Coordinator will work closely with the HubSpot Enablement Specialist, as well as key leaders within the business, to help deliver projects that enhance how we connect with our customers.

The newly-created role will support our growing team - providing support for HubSpot users across the business, as well as acting as the guardian of data quality, and the champion of ‘best practice’ HubSpot implementation.

This in-house role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail and innovation - who enjoys finding better, smarter ways to do things, and who wants to see their work make a measurable difference across an entire organisation.

**What will my day look like**:

- Act as the first point of contact for internal HubSpot support requests - triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating where needed.
- Build and optimise segments, forms, workflows, and reports that support marketing and sales enablement, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain CRM hygiene - manage data accuracy, duplicates, and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Support training and onboarding for new users, and help create a library of process documentation and help guides.
- Assist in researching and rolling out AI tools and automation enhancements, keeping Polyaire at the forefront of system innovation.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure our CRM configuration supports real business processes and end-user needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot product releases, continually upskilling and sharing new ideas to improve how we work.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot administrator or power user (Professional or Enterprise portals preferred)
- Demonstrable expertise across HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
- A deep understanding of the **HubSpot CRM**, including contact management, custom objects, and segmentation
- A solid understanding of sales and marketing processes and the role a CRM plays.
- Strong skills in data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and self-management skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, and passion for learning
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- HubSpot certifications (particularly related to Marketing, Sales or Service Hubs).
- Familiarity with AI and automation platforms.
- Experience in B2B or technology-driven environments.

**Why join us?**
- We offer a competitive salary, Employee Assistance Program, and flexible working arrangements.
- You’ll be part of an industry-leading organisation, which is embracing digital transformation.
- As an Enterprise HubSpot customer, you’ll have access to senior HubSpot specialists and product managers for support and mentoring.
- You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that drive efficiency, performance, and innovation across Sales, Marketing, and CX.
- We provide access to and long-term career growth opportunities within a leading Australian-owned company.
