We are currently seeking a passionate Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our friendly Prestons team

**Key Responsibilities**
The Stock Controller/ Admin Assistant is responsible for managing the daily transactions associated with warehouse stock movements.

**Duties and responsibilities for this role include**:

- Reconciliation of inbound stock movements and follow up of discrepancies with suppliers or sending branches and/or DCs.
- Following the despatch of goods - ship confirming of pick dockets, whilst checking con note information, and pricing.
- Monitor Operational Indicators OBIEE report and address highlighted items
- Using New Demand report in OBIEE raise transfers for branches.
- Investigate and respond to branch queries.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Up to date or “clean” NSW Warehouse Dashboard.
- Time management to ensure all required tasks are completed.

**Required Skills, Behaviours and Experience**
- Live and demonstrate ARB Values consistently.
- Ability to work as part of team, as well as without direct supervision.
- Knowledge of ERP systems - Preferred experience in Oracle (JD Edwards Enterprise One) and OBIEE.
