**Position Overview**:
The Facilities Manager will oversee the strategic and operational management of various client facilities, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. This role requires coordination of multiple service contracts, including cleaning, pest control, and property maintenance, across diverse commercial and industrial

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance and cleaning operations of client facilities.
- Manage service contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and quality standards.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with clients to address facility-related issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to facility operations.
- Supervise and train facility staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience in facilities management.
- Proven experience in managing multiple service contracts across various facilities.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.

**Application Process**:
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
