Workshop Assistant & Labourer Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Workshop Assistant and Labourer, where you’ll engage in a diverse range of tasks and grow your skills in a vibrant workshop setting. Ideal for individuals with prior experience in workshop environments, this role involves:

- Supporting Tradespeople: Assist in various trades tasks, enhancing your mechanical and technical skills.
- Industrial Spray Painting: Prepare and paint fabricated parts, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- General Workshop Duties: Engage in hands-on tasks, including manual lifting and using power tools, to contribute to project completions.
- Maintenance Responsibilities: Keep the workshop, office areas, and other facilities clean and orderly.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Undertake cleaning and detailing of vehicles to maintain presentation and functionality.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Forklift license advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
- 'A strong willingness to learn and advance within the company.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
