Location: Marsden Park/On-Site Across Sydney

Employment Type: Full-time

Are you a skilled and hands-on fitter looking for a role that offers variety and the potential to secure a permanent position? Join our team at Marsden Park, where you'll combine your workshop expertise with field service duties to keep our fleet running smoothly.

About the Role

We're looking for a fitter to handle both workshop and field service tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and maintaining a variety of plant and machinery both on-site across Sydney and in our yard workshop at Marsden Park.
  • Performing general repair work, such as replacing cutting edges, welding minor components, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues efficiently and safely.
  • Assisting with inspections and ensuring machinery is ready for deployment.
  • Ensuring tools, parts, and equipment are well-maintained and available for use.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Qualifications: Relevant trade qualifications as a fitter or similar.
  • Experience: Proven experience with plant and heavy machinery maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to work in both workshop and field environments, with travel across Sydney as required.

  • Licences:

  • A valid HR licence (essential).

  • White Card (essential).
