The Role

Reporting to the Manager – Technical Services & Operations, you'll play a hands-on role across workshop and field service activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery. Your work will involve:

  • Technical excellence – hydraulic repairs, troubleshooting, testing, and quality checks.
  • Workflow coordination – keeping jobs on track, handling bottlenecks, and meeting customer deadlines.
  • Safety & compliance – following safety-first practices and maintaining workshop standards.
  • Continuous improvement – identifying better ways to get the job done and reduce downtime.
  • Team support – working alongside and mentoring apprentices and trade assistants.

About You

We're looking for someone practical, technically strong, and confident working in a small, hands-on team. You'll bring:

  • Trade qualification (fitting, mechanical, hydraulics, or equivalent).
  • Hydraulic systems knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
  • 2 years supervisory or leading hand experience.
  • ERP or job management system experience.
  • Current driver's and forklift licence.
  • A safety-first mindset and a passion for quality.
