About the Role
JAX Tyres & Auto Caulfield South is excited to welcome a new Assistant Manager/ Workshop Manager to their friendly team. In this role, you will lead customers through an exceptional customer service experience, guiding them to the decision that best meets their wants and needs. You will work closely with the Franchisee and workshop staff to deliver the best service to our valued customers, ensuring everyone leaves our store happy and with peace of mind driving. Your main day-to-day tasks would include:
- Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experience
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Assisting the Franchisee in the daily running of the business
About you
- Experience in Automotive Industry (essential)
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and team members
- Enthusiastic attitude and strives to achieve KPIs
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and interest in the automotive and tyre industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $54,529.84 - $80,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Caulfield South, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
