**About the role**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be part of the Customer Services team, and will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of high quality and timely, customer requirements

**Your main focus will be**:

- Resolving enquiries in accordance with guidelines, policies, business rules, service standards and procedures.
- Ensuring order requirements are adhered
- Data entry
- Verifying stock on hand
- Provision of sales order confirmations
- Creating outbound deliveries
- Ensuring billing cycle has completed

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Passion for quality service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to pivot to work types based on operational need.
- SAP experience is a _must_
- Notting Hill VIC location

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
