Are you a customer service pro with a knack for communication and a love for tattoos? EZINK is seeking a full-time In-House Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution in line with our brand values.
- **Influencer Outreach**: Reach out to potential influencers and brand partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring successful collaborations.
- **Order Processing**: Assist with processing orders and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to help improve our products and services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using customer service software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to resolve conflicts and handle stressful situations.
- **Organized**: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Passion for Tattoos**: A genuine interest in the tattoo industry and body art is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
