Location: Various locations across NSW, including Chatswood Chase, QVB, Castle Towers, Olympic Park, and occasional drives up to Central Coast, Newcastle, and Shellharbour area.

At Memory Block Australia, we're passionate about printing your favourite photos and designs onto wooden blocks. We're looking for outgoing and driven Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join our team across NSW and help us bring these unique, eco-friendly products to customers everywhere.

As part of our team, you'll receive comprehensive training to help you develop your sales and customer service skills, including understanding the psychology behind customer interactions to better understand their needs and wants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders and handle financial transactions with accuracy
- Maintain high standards in the store, including presentation and cleanliness
- Rotate locations to connect with customers from different areas
- Receive ongoing coaching and support to help you achieve your sales goals

Key Requirements:

- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies
- A confident, outgoing, and friendly demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solver who enjoys finding solutions that meet the needs of customers
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential - we provide extensive training to ensure your success in this role
- Willingness to develop life skills and build confidence in a supportive and exciting work environment

Training:
