Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Notting Hill, Melbourne VIC

Join our growing global team of 3,800+ employees and be part of the success story An exciting opportunity exists within our Victorian Office for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Supervisor.

**The Key Responsibilities for this role include**:

- Manage and work with a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Always deliver a brilliant Customer experience.
- Preparation and management of customer orders, special handling, returns, samples, product information and Mouser services.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
- Set and track goals; discuss targets and reports with management.
- Develop and maintain productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance.
- Collaborate effectively with other key business teams and provide support for customer service teams at other locations when needed.
- Promoting and maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Communicate - both in writing and verbally - positively, professionally, and constructively.
- Always conduct yourself in an ethical manner and in compliance with Company policy.

**To Be Successful in this role you must possess the following**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or minimum 3 years prior customer service work experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, organizational and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Availability to travel if needed, including internationally.
- Must be a team player and have a passion for customer service.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
