If you have customer service experience, office administration skills and enjoy the satisfaction of providing solutions to your customers we would love to hear from you.

Your strong communication and phone skills, resilience and desire to provide excellent customer service will ensure that you are successful in this position.

**Your role**:working Monday to Friday you will:

- Interact with customers, external providers, workshops, and government agencies;
- Manage files and ensure data entry of customer information is current;
- Generate invoicing and the timely collection of customer debts; and
- Troubleshooting software and technical issues.

**Who you are and your skills**:

- Customer service experience (Call Centre experience preferred);
- Strong written & oral communication skills;
- Experience working under pressure and organising work priorities;
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook);
- Ability to deal with difficult situations with a positive & professional approach;
- Attention to Detail;
- Be adaptable and flexible; and
- Be able to work on the occasional Public Holiday.
