Customer Service Officer

**About The Role**:
**ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)**, is currently seeking a **Customer Service Officer** to join our tight-knit team at the **Wetherill Park**branch where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This position is a **6-Month Contract**role and would be suitable for someone looking to gain experience in the Industry and build on their existing customer service and sales skills.

The hours for this role will be **Monday to Friday from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Trouble shooting customer sales queries and answering any questions
- Upselling and providing quotes to customers
- Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration and purchasing

We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

**You will also have**:

- Experience in a similar customer service role
- The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
- Team player and can multi-task well
