**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join our team in Wetherill Park, reporting to the Trade Service Centre Manager.

As a key member of the Wetherill Park team, you will thrive in an environment where service, sales and customer solutions are paramount. This role will see you as the face of our company and enjoying being part of the local community. Your day will be varied as you will be involved in sales and enquiries, liaising with customers and external suppliers. Previous experience in the steel manufacturing or building supply industry would be an advantage, but not essential.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

- Providing customers with quality service
- Actively promoting Ausreo’s products to generate sales
- Process sale orders and generate quotations for both walk-in customers and telephonically to customers
- Service Centre and office management
- Stock control in the factory
- Coordinating production with factory staff
- Coordinating logistics i.e. transport and deliveries
- Effectively communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers effectively
- Receiving and processing administration duties

To Be Successful

Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6.30am till 3.30pm
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organised, great at multi-tasking and efficient
- Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
