OneSchool Global has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the New South Wales team, this is a full time, permanent position and will be responsible for providing executive support to the Regional Principal's for NSW. This position can be based at the head office in Sydney Olympic Park or Sydney Campus.
The purpose of this role will be to provide high-level operational, strategic, and administrative support to the Regional Principal's across all facets of their role, including executive assistance, office coordination, and project support. This position plays a vital role in enabling effective leadership while upholding and exemplifying the School’s Ethos and Values in all interactions and responsibilities.
**Responsibilities are (but not limited to)**:
- Provide proactive, high-level support to the Regional Principal in managing day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of their role.
- Manage the Regional Principal’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating attendees, and handling matters on their behalf when appropriate.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements as required, ensuring accurate and timely bookings for transport and accommodation.
- Oversee inbox management by actioning relevant requests, drafting responses where appropriate, and flagging priority communications.
- Accurately record minutes for key meetings, capturing actions, decisions, and follow-ups, and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform a range of executive administrative duties, including drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
**Experience required**:Essential**:
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Demonstrated excellence in administrative coordination and organisational efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully across all levels of the organisation.
- Capable of managing own workload and supporting others in a professional, solutions-focused manner.
- Confident with database systems and managing data accurately and securely.
- Proficient in using Zoom for scheduling, hosting, and managing virtual meetings and webinars.
- Sound general IT knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide basic support for devices such as computers, phones, and printers.
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role with a strong customer service focus.
- Experience working in the education sector or with education leadership teams is highly regarded.
