**What are we looking for?**

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, we’re looking for an Accounts Receivable team member to join us to help maintain a smooth and efficient financial operation.

Your typical day will consist of:

- **Handling inbound and outbound calls**:Responding to queries.
- **Refunds and invoice requests**:Assisting with processing credit adjustments, refunds and issuing copies of invoices as needed.
- **Adhoc statement requests**:Assisting with statement requests to clients or relevant parties.
- **Payment processing and automation support**:Assisting with allocation of payments, automated processes, load payments (such as BPAY and credit card transactions), and manually receipt payments.

**About you?**
- Understanding the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, debt collection, and account reconciliation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist and resolve finance-related inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively.
