A national home loan provider is seeking an experienced, competent finance administration officer to join their team. You will be processing requests and transactions be responsible for the Funding and Payment Posting processes.

Due to the rapidly increasing volume of requests received, the team is expanding and now seeking an additional staff member.

The role will include
- Management of the fax / letters paperless Inbox
- Management of various Inboxes
- Loading direct debits and direct credits
- Processing Redraws / Lumpsums
- Providing break cost on fixed loans
- Converting loans to Principal and Interest or then Interest Only
- Ordering debit cards and cheque books
- Loading third party authorities
- Processing refunds
- Processing incoming and outgoing dishonours
- Closing loan and deposit accounts
- Transferring funds via Corporate on-line

- Accounting / Finance degree preferable
- Administrative experience would be desirable
