**The Role**

Due to our client experiencing a busy period their Business Support team require extra assistance for a 6-month duration (potential for permanency) to support with vendor compliance, contract administration and finance administration activities across multiple functions within the enterprise.

You will be working full-time hours (flexible hybrid arrangements), with the office located in the Richmond/Cremorne area.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Financial admin activities/workflows including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- On-board new vendors
- Ensure contractor compliance and support with induction's
- Account activation's/deactivations and technology
- Software migration support
- Support with contract administration practices
- Assisting with preparation of budgets, reconciliation's
- Monitoring expenditure & month end reporting
- Ad hoc administration support as required

**About You**

You will bring relevant experience within the procurement space, coupled with the passion for your role. You will have excellent communication skills and be a team player.

Key skills required:

- Prior experience in procurement and/or finance administration
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft programs, including intermediate with Excel
- Experience working with SAP is a bonus
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
- Strong attention to detail and work standards
- High personal / work standards
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative
