Accounts/Admin Officer

We are an Australian-owned off-road caravan manufacturer based in Campbellfield looking to expand our office team

Full time position available for an experienced Accounts/Admin Officer

Reporting to the Finance/Office Manager you will be responsible for;
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Month end reconciliations
- Weekly payroll and contractor payments
- General office/administration duties
- Reception relief

Skills/Experience Required
- Min 2 years experience in payroll
- Min 2 years experience in all aspects of accounts payable/receivable
- Experience using Xero accounting software
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals (relevant qualification highly desirable)
- Flexibility to take up other admin/accounting work when required
- Ability to maintain relevant records and accuracy of data
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience dealing with customers, suppliers and other staff in a professional manner
