National Logistics is a family owned and run transport company with depots in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We specialise in the transportation of palletised goods throughout the east coast of Australia.

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced bookkeeper/accounts clerk in our Campbellfield head office. The role would involve all standard bookkeeping duties including invoicing, account reconciliation, payroll and expense tracking.

Reporting to the General Manager, this position plays a pivotal role in the success of our business, and as such requires a high attention to detail

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping role
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as MYOB
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
