Perth, Australia AECOM Full time

AECOM is looking for a proactive and highly motivated administration assistant to provide support to our Client Experience and Ground Transportation Teams in Australia and New Zealand. In this dual-focused role, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of our Client Feedback Surveys as well as supporting the ANZ business with all fleet and uber processes, systems, reporting and communications.

This role offers you the opportunity to work across the whole ANZ region, and will include:
+ Assisting with reporting requirements including sustainability, FBT and safety reporting

+ Managing and maintaining the vehicle databases and GPS units

+ Liaison with AECOM’s fleet management supplier regarding leases expiring and renewals

+ Supporting project managers with short term hire vehicles

+ Coordination of the Client Survey System and reporting for the ANZ region

+ Providing technical support and training to Project Manager’s on the use of the system and feedback process

+ Managing the Teams site and inbox to address and resolve queries

This role is being offered as part-time (3 days/24 hours) on a 9-12 month parental leave cover contract and can be based in any major city across Australia or New Zealand.

Minimum Requirements

You will have demonstrated experience in an administration role and pride yourself on your high levels of customer service. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to problem solve will be the keys to your success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

+ Current Class C driver’s licence
