An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the award-winning Perth hospitality operator, Nokturnl; the team who bring you The Old Synagogue / Tonic + Ginger, The Beaufort/ Lotus, The Station / Ludo, and Stories / alba, KARLA, Ugly Baby CBD hospitality precinct in Yagan Square.

We're offering a short-term maternity cover role with working hours varying from 3-4 shifts per week. With potential to move within the company for the right candidate Must be available Monday to Saturday 11am-7pm. Would suit working holiday visa or university student.

We're looking for a customer-focused team member to join our vibrant head office team as Restaurant Reservations/Admin Assistant. With a keen interest in customer service and passion for hospitality, you're an organised, enthusiastic, and passionate human with innovative ideas.

Key skill requirements...

  • Responsible for assisting all incoming phone calls and email enquiries for all 4 Nokturnl venues and all 6 restaurants.
  • Ability to assist coordinating all bookings and general enquiries for Nokturnl venues, including restaurant bookings, functions, and ticketed events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintain strong communication with the venue teams, ensuring smooth transition from reservation to venue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, manage client expectations and actively upsell Nokturnl offers and experiences.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with high work volume and sense of urgency.

What you'll bring…

  • Proven experience in an administration role, restaurant reservations experience highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge of reservations and event management systems, with SevenRooms experience highly desired.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Outstanding organisational, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Reliability and commitment
  • Team spirit You'll be working in the vibrant Nokturnl HQ team, within a Reservation + Events team of four.
