Sydney, Australia Gallup Full time

**Who we want**:
Gallup Sydney is looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Director of Sales & Consulting for APAC and his deputy. A dynamic and fast paced role with the parameters ever changing - this position would suit someone who is willing to go beyond the normal boundaries of an EA position, taking on extra responsibilities when required to ensure the job gets done.

We are looking for individuals who can maintain the highest standards of personal integrity and confidentiality, whilst juggling multiple tasks, across numerous time-zones in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Ideally, you will have previous executive administration experience, where the details and speed of response really matter. Gallup will particularly suit you if you have a flexible and open-minded approach to work. If you’re ready to be part of the team and help us fulfil our mission of changing the world, join us, and put your greatest strengths to work.

**Who we want**
- **Natural arrangers** with the talent and poise to organise busy calendars over multiple time-zones. Last-minute changes? Not to worry - you’ve got it all covered.
- **Supportive partners** who don’t just wait for direction but have the confidence to step in and help colleagues get what they need before they ask for it.
- **Disciplined achievers** who prioritise demands, follow through on details and continually exceed expectations — even in the face of quickly changing needs.
- **Confident administrators** with the presence and poise to identify and navigate through potential roadblocks.
- **Customer-focused partners** who are known for their ability to effectively work with a wide range of people to accomplish a shared goal.

**What you need**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of three years’ experience supporting senior executives in an international, multi time-zoned environment
- Sophisticated time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Full proficiency in Microsoft® Outlook®, Word®, PowerPoint® and Excel®
- Hands-on team player who can lead and orchestrate all necessary support functions and is able to handle a wide range of tasks simultaneously
- An agile mindset
- Solutions focused with ability to show initiative.
- Diplomatic and able to resolve conflict in a positive and constructive manner
- A strong sense of team with a self-directed, positive and proactive demeanour
- Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis

**What we offer**:
We create exceptional workplaces, starting with our own. We focus on developing your strengths — what you do _right_, rather than what you do wrong — and helping you be engaged at work. When you work at Gallup, you’ll benefit from:

- A strengths-based, engagement-focused and performance-oriented culture
- A flexible and hybrid work setting that allows you to work on-site and from home; you’ll work with your manager to configure what’s best for you and your team
- A diverse and inclusive workplace culture that is committed to fostering belonging and wellbeing
- World-class managers who support, develop, empower and engage you
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities and purposeful career growth tailored to your unique talents
- Mission-driven work that changes the lives of people around the world
- A robust benefits package including competitive salary, medical health cover, gym membership reimbursement and travel reimbursement

And the perks don’t stop there. Learn more about life at Gallup.
