**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Outdoor Blind Installer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing outdoor blinds and roller shutters and undertaking repairs at residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality workmanship and great customer service.

**Duties Include**:

- Installing of slide track and zip track outdoor blinds
- Measuring and preparing installation areas
- Using hand and power tools
- Interacting professionally with clients on-site
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness at work sites

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in blind/awning/roller shutters installation or similar trade (preferred but not essential)
- Good with tools and hands-on work
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Current driver’s license (essential)
- Own tools - (Preferred but can be supplied)

**We Offer**:

- Competitive pay based on experience - above award rates
- Work vehicle & tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Experience**:

- Blind installation : 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
