**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our home improvement team. If you enjoy meeting new people, have a knack for design or home upgrades, and thrive on closing sales - this is the job for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend pre-booked appointments and in-home consultations
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable home improvement products - roller shutters, plantation shutters and outdoor blinds.
- Providing on site customer quotes
- Achieve weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service from start to finish

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous sales experience (in-home, retail, or B2C preferred)
- A genuine interest in home improvement and design
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Own vehicle and current driver’s license (essential)

Pay: $49,900.00 - $200,000.00 per year
