The Terra Firma Business Continuity and Resilience Practice is the pre-eminent trusted advisor and go to BC&R practice in Australia and is led by internationally recognised and accredited senior consultants. All our consultants are certified BCI practitioners and have significant experience with International Standards and we are looking for an experienced, qualified and results driven BC&R Consultant to join our team.

Reporting to the Principal Executive Consultant and working with other consultants within the BC&R and wider Terra Firma practice, you will be involved in various BC&R projects lasting from a few days to end to end large programs of up to 18 months.

You will be working face to face with C-Level executives within some of Australia’s (and on occasion international) largest and most complex organisations.

**Specific responsibilities will include**:

- Driving and Delivering BC&R client projects from end to end including health checks, assessment reports and actions plans, crisis management strategies and planning, Digital Resilience strategies and planning, designing and facilitating DR exercises and tests and designing and delivering BC&R awareness and mentoring sessions
- Identifying gaps in client capability and compliance and identify opportunities for further TF projects
- Helping to build the capability of the BC&R and broader TF practice
- Undertaking research to ensure you are keeping up to date on industry best practice
- Working with Industry Managers to explain and present service offerings to prospective clients
- Developing BC&R proposals and responding to tenders and RFQ/RFPs
- Presenting proposals, solutions and recommendations to C-Level and other client executives and managers

This is a **Consultant **role working within Australia’s preeminent BC&R Practice so to qualify you will be able to demonstrate:

- The ability to drive and manage end to end Business Continuity and Resilience Projects and outcomes with stakeholders including health checks, crisis management and digital resilience programs
- Knowledge and experience with various Australian and International BC&R standards such as AS ISO 22301/22313, AS ISO 22316, ISO 22318, ISO 22398 or similar
- Demonstrated ability to present to, run workshops with, and influence C-level executives
- Demonstrated commitment to learning, continuous improvement and passion for BC&R
- MBCI certification and experience in consulting would be highly regarded
