**What you will be doing**
- Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Compliance and Risk, this role will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering business continuity and resilience frameworks that align with evolving risks and organisational needs.
- Developing and delivering training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and confidence to respond to disruptions.
- During continuity events you will lead and coordinate incident responses and recovery activities, while ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective decision making.
- Creating and overseeing testing programs.
**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated expertise in developing, delivering and continuously enhancing enterprise-wide business continuity and resilience programs.
- Experienced in delivering training, conducting simulations and performing resilience reviews.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team, while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience required.
