**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Meeting the prescribed customer service standards and call handling targets
- Responding to requests for technical assistance via phone and electronically
- Diagnosing and resolving technical and non-technical faults/inquiries which relate to a customer's service/account. While meeting required Service Level Agreements
- Where required, researching faults and inquiries using a mixture of internal and/or external resources
- Support both internal and external field staff with fault and installation enquiries

**Skills and Experiences**:

- An understanding of the business telco industry
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot using the OSI model
- Solve complex problems
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

This role can be based in either our Morwell or Dandenong office.
