**About the team**:

**About the role**:
As the Supply Chain Forecasting SME, you'll support Coles Liquor and provide your expert advice in the processes of supply chain and demand planning for the design / configuration / training / testing and delivery of a new class leading forecasting and replenishment solution by;
- Bringing experience of previous roles within supply chain / demand planning teams through transition of a business to automated supply chain processes
- Help drive business process and organisational change discussions, setting the business up for a world class supply chain operation
- Provide guidance on process / behaviour and training requirements
- Implement new systems / processes / behaviours across supply chain team
- Work across the business to assist with delivery capabilities and understanding across the new processes.
Once systems are embedded, you’ll provide guidance for the execution of operations by communicating operational expectations to the supply chain team for demand forecasts.
You’ll also:
- Address performance related issues with stakeholders
- Address questions and concerns
- Identify best practices and advise teams on adaptation and implementation of these best practices
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and develop resources to improve efficiencies
- Respond to driver inquires
**About you and your skills**:
You’ll have extensive experience in supply chain planning, either in a retail or FMCG environment.
You’ll also have:
- Thorough understanding of supply chain and demand planning factors affecting store availability
- Previous experience with driving a large scale automated supply chain / demand planning solution from design, to organisational change, training and delivery would be highly desirable
- Demonstrated project / initiative delivery
