**About the team**

Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.
We are currently developing a brand new automated site that will transform the way our supply chain operates. The Supply Chain Projects DC Automation Team are tasked with delivering this exciting new project. The team is looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join the team on a secondment basis.

**About the role**

You will be responsible for modelling, analysing and documenting complex transition readiness requirements from multiple data sources to provide solutions and insights to the wider program. As part of the automation DC delivery function:
You will also
- develop and represent key impacts and solution detail to multiple stakeholders including up to GM level
- provide the necessary business inputs and support for the full life cycle of the project
- be a key support to the delivery of the program at large, included but not limited to Transition, Readiness and change.
- build and sustain ongoing Coles intellectual property in the end-to-end automation capability lifecycle

**About you and your skills**

We’re looking for an analyst and modeller who has experience working in a supply chain environment with a focus on project delivery able to analyse, interpret and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

**You’ll also have**
- proven track record of developing supply chain analytical models in an FMCG or retail business
- a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- the ability to communicate and work cross functionally across multiple business units to deliver insights
- proven experience analysing and interpreting data and converting into a presentation for key stakeholders to influence their decision making
- knowledge in database structures including the ability to develop SQL queries for analysis and data manipulation
- experience in visualisation tools such as Power BI and Micro Strategy (desirable)
- proven ability to manage and prioritise conflicting demands, ambiguity and deliver results when under time/resource pressures
