THIS IS A 3 MONTH CASUAL PART-TIME (30hrs/week) CONTRACT BASED IN SYDNEY

Enough about us What you’ll do as a Community Management Lead:
You’ll be responsible for social marketing activities and processes that support the development and growth of the brand’s football community.
Based on the game schedules the hours of work will primarily be across Friday, Saturday, Sunday with half day shifts possible on Thursdays and Mondays.

**Functions will also include**:
Managing and driving active audience engagement on Paramount+ Australia’s social platform

Building and managing processes to ensure the brand is getting involved in relevant conversations with a view to increasing engagement, encouraging interaction and creating communities around Paramount+ and our football offering

Leading and managing a team of live sport social producers and moderators to ensure an industry-leading brand experience.

Ownership of audience insights, sentiment and reaction across Paramount+ social channels

What are we looking for in a Community Management Lead? What’s important?

Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in community management/customer support role

Experience in rostering, managing and leading teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you speak the language of the internet and be passionate about delivering the right messages at the right times to customers in brand-appropriate and engaging ways

Proven working knowledge of social media platforms

Ability to analyse, review and report on the effectiveness of content and audience sentiment

Ability to work calmly under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining the values of the brand

Good judgment - identify and prioritize issues, escalations, trends and sentiment in live environments

Highly developed organisational and leadership skills

Ability to communicate clearly to a broad and diverse stakeholder network

A passion for football in particular strong knowledge of A-League and FA Cup
