Safety Lead | Bras N Things | Pyrmont NSW
A strong focus will be ensuring our Bras N Things retail network across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa comply with safety system standards, and risk is effectively managed. We need someone with experience managing safety at an operational level, and who enjoys building effective working relationships with retail operations. We also need this person to think strategically to lead successful safety and wellbeing initiatives throughout the business.

**Day to day you can expect to**:

- Guide and support the business in the completion of significant incident investigations, risk assessments and risk analysis
- Manage implementation of the BNT risk profile aimed at continually improving performance
- Implement safety and wellbeing initiatives and relevant communications
- Partner with the broader Health & Safety team to deliver on strategic projects and ensure safety results for the business

What experience do I have?
- A minimum of three years' experience working in a similar role
- Qualifications in safety or health related field
- Experience working in the retail industry with an understanding of hazardous manual handling (desirable)
- Experience developing communication packages and delivering safety training
- Strong analytical, administrative and project management skills
- Drivers licence - 20% of time will be spent in Bras N Things retail stores
