**Employment Type**: Full-Time, 38 hours per week

**Salary**: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our student base and enhancing the college’s brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with academic and administrative leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans aimed at increasing student enrolment and enhancing the college’s reputation.
- Lead the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media outreach, and public relations efforts, to promote CCMT’s programs and initiatives.
- Organize and manage recruitment activities, including setting enrolment targets, identifying key geographical areas for outreach, and ensuring high standards of student services.
- Direct the college’s merchandising strategies and coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to ensure consistent and effective branding across all channels.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies, including tuition rates and financial aid options, to attract a diverse and talented student body while maintaining financial sustainability.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic marketing and recruitment plans within an educational setting
- Experience leading successful student recruitment campaigns and enhancing brand visibility
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate efforts across different departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective students, parents, and educational partners
- Proficiency in setting and managing pricing strategies, including tuition and financial aid, to meet enrolment and revenue goals

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
