**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the urologist's schedule, appointments, and patient flow efficiently.
- Greet patients, answer inquiries, and ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment in the clinic.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Assist in billing, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with medical staff and assist in various clinical tasks when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a medical secretary or similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, especially related to urology.
- Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
