Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls,
- Spare Parts interpretation using Daikin's Service Data Bank,
- Data entry of customer orders into the nominated computer system,
- Ensure that all parts are received, stored, and dispatched to the appropriate customers,
- Process returned stock and credits,
- Assist with stocktakes,
- Process front desk counter sales using EFTPOS and credit cards,
- Oversee and assist where required store person's allocated tasks so they are performed safely, timely and accurately,
- Hold monthly toolbox meetings,
- General warehousing storage and distribution tasks to deliver customer requirements.
- General administration tasks (EG; Filing)

Work Skills:

- Ability to work without close supervision
- Plan accordingly to achieve deadlines and timeframes,
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills,
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail,
- Demonstrated skills in developing long term and strong relationships with all employees, clients, and suppliers,
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to various situations.
