**Our Retail Managers**:

- Manage the day to day running of the retail store.
- Oversee the Retail Selling Floor and ensure products are well presented, clean and tidy and are customer safe.
- Ensure all customers receive an optimum level of genuine customer service and customer complaints are resolved quickly.
- With the help of your staff, ensure inward goods are checked and put away efficiently, in a timely manager, and ensure stock levels are maintained at required levels.
- Manage and maintain staff roster, handle staff requests diligently and maintain sufficient staff levels and adjust according to peak sales times.
- Manage store monies and end of day reconciliation as well as managing and monitoring transactions with your staff.
- Are a safety leaders and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for yourself, your team and your customers.

**The successful individual will**:

- Have prior Retail Management experience
- Demonstrate leadership ability with a focus on driving a team
- Have a friendly and consultative style when working with others
- Have a proven record of building service focused teams
- Have an innovative and collaboration approach to their work, with the ability to support and drive change
- Be a solution focussed problem solver with sound computer skills
