About us

Penrith Auto Parts Plus is an industry leading Automotive Spare Parts Recycling company based in Kingswood, NSW. We seek a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter or junior who is looking to use their previous automotive experience and spare parts knowledge to advance their career within the automotive spare parts industry. This position requires an enthusiastic Spare Parts Specialist who is self driven to achieve outstanding sales targets while accurately and efficiently identifying spare parts for customer orders. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary package and bonus structure, ongoing training and support, and a long term position within a friendly team environment.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience as an Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter
  • Proven track record in sales within the automotive industry
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of automotive inventory software preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a team environment
  • This position would suit a team player who is self-driven to meet and exceed monthly sales target

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Telephone and counter sales and enquires
  • Negotiate sales to achieve a strong sales profit
  • Accurately identify correct parts and availability
  • Processing and invoicing of new sales orders
  • Source and order parts externally
  • Liase with external suppliers and couriers to ensure prompt delivery of parts
