STORE PERSON / TILE SALES

Osbourne Park Clearance Centre

WORKING DAYS /HOURS :

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Saturday 9:00am - 3:30pm

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Tile samples for showroom – Weekly review of sample racks, weekly sample orders, cut tiles, label tiles and put away samples by Friday each week. Maintain bulk sample area.
  • General Merchandising – Support display set ups for the Osborne Park showroom. Assist in moving display items and props in store.
  • Oversee Kind Edward Road Warehouse - Pick-packing orders, Receiving and dispatching stock, Maintain accurate inventory control, and new product samples for tile reps.
  • Customer service and sales - Serve customers in clearance center and maintain clearance center displays and stock. Order process checking and recording keeping.
  • Safety & Compliance – Support WHS practices, follow workplace safety standards, Maintain safe work environment in warehouse and sample areas.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:

  • Fork lift license and experience preferred

Experience:

  • Experience in a customer service-based role.
  • Experience in warehousing or logistics.
  • Tiling and/or Trade experience strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Highly dependable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines and the ability to manage multiple priorities
