
Administration Officer

This role(Administration officer) will involve duties such as client support, Admin and reception support, monthly reporitng, and task scheduling. We are seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our great team.
**Requirements**:
- A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage day to day admin duties
- Review and maintain policies and procedures
- Responding to and managing a range of client enquiries and issues
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders
- Monitor client orders and delivery
**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting team members with general administrative duties including; filing, scanning, photocopying and answering calls;
- Responsible for client record management;
- Assist the director with the scheduling and coordinating all jobs;
- Collect, compile and report the data in the system;
- Timely and accurate data entry;
- Respond to queries from clients and staff members in a timely and professional manner
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Strong level of attention to detail;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with high level time management;
- Maturity, professionalism and confidence in your ability;
- Proactive approach to resolving queries and problems;
**Salary**: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Administration (preferred)
