Due to their continued growth in Australia, a newly created role is now available for a Manager of People and Culture to join their well established and talented People and Culture Team in Adelaide.
This position is a full time permanent role based at Adelaide Airport offering a hybrid working arrangement.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the Executive General Manager, People and Culture and overseeing a team of 4, the Manager, People and Culture is an integral role leading the People and Culture team to support the ongoing development of staff in alignment with organisational priorities and a focus on performance and capability growth.

The expectations of this role will be to deliver best-in-class advice and service to all employees that touch the business creating a culture and morale that enables the organisation and its people to soar to new heights.

Touching all aspects of the Human Resources Lifecycle, duties include:

- Attraction and Retention
- Industrial / Employee Relations
- Complex EA negations supported by your IR Expert
- Organisation Development supported by the OD and Learning Manager
- Learning / Leadership Development
- Workforce / Succession Planning
- Talent Management
- Continuous Improvement

**What you need to succeed**
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive who loves working in the generalist space who can partner with the Executive General Manager of People and Culture to support a constructive and inclusive culture that enables people to achieve personal and professional goals through integrity, care, collaboration and innovation.
