**About the role**
This role will be the go-to person for the Adelaide operations supporting both operational and corporate functional staff. It will manage the day-to-day HR advisory piece as well and action site specific and organisational wide projects. It will manage key relationships with union groups and sit as part of the site leadership team.

**In this role you will**:

- Execute the People & Culture strategic plan supported by a centralized national centre of excellence team
- Lead the Industrial Relations activity, with initiatives to build on the positive workplace environment and limit exposure to industrial risk
- Undertake actions that ensure continued operational delivery and performance improvements
- Analyse and guide workforce planning identifying staff capability development opportunities
- Be the Change Management and transformation expert ensuring appropriate CM activity and experiences are delivered for all significant projects
- Be the trusted advisor to all levels of Leadership

**About you**:

- Employee Relations experience involved in all aspects of grievance and dispute resolution
- Industrial Relations experience including union relations and Enterprise Agreement negotiations (led or participant)
- Ability to factor in the bigger picture with upstream/ downstream impacts
- Analytical, problem solving, good project management
- Proven experience in the delivery of P&C Strategic Objectives
