Trusted in engaging with their community across local business initiatives, community events, environmental sustainability, and volunteering programs, City of Unley are actively seeking a People and Culture Advisor to drive the delivery of Human Resources and immediately join their expanding team.

This is a fulltime 2-year contract offering working from home arrangements.

**Your new role**

Your role will involve reviewing and communicating policies and procedures across the full range of human resources functions and services to support the process of enterprise negotiations, whilst ensuring the effective management of rehabilitation and return to work programs in conjunction with the Local Government Association (LGA).

**What you'll need to succeed**
This is a position for a People & Culture Professional who can come in and hit the ground running operationally. You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and personal confidence in accountability to deliver leadership initiatives to the Executive Team and Peers. Additionally, your interpersonal ability and enthusiasm to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through thought leadership initiatives and influential decision making will ensure retainability and credibility is firmly established.
