**The opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has opened in our office for a Reverse Logistics Administration Lead.
If you are searching for the desire to make a difference in the lives of many, by delivering innovative surgical supplies to a vast industry in healthcare, look no further
- Scheduling of all state based RVL bookings.
- Ordering of stock (STO) and kit replenishment management.
- Booking all couriers and collections.
- Call backs and inbound SAP management (updating dates and achieving KPI’s for returns)
- Scanning of paperwork in SAP (usages, photos, check in paperwork)
- Printing off usages and managing discrepancies.
- Stocktakes and cycle counting.
- Assistance with back orders, late returns, and stock returns to trading.
- Picking and packing of loan kits to assist with coverage, peak period, and admin downtime.
- Projects as required.

**Experience required**:

- At least 2 years dedicated experience in loans (logistics)
- Proficient in communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Participation in a rotating on-call roster
- Receiving, processing and dispatch of loan sets and prosthesis
- Quality inspection of Reusable Medical Devices as per AS/NZ4187
- Participation in cyclic stock counts
- Flexibility and willingness to learn in an ever-changing environment.
- Stock Control and stock management
