**Our Client**

Steeped in a rich history, our Client are a group of leading luxury brands, & these beautiful brands are continuing their penetration into the Australian market.

**The Role**

Due to an internal promotion, the Logistics Manager Australia is responsible for managing the Logistics scope of these luxury brands for all merchandise and non-merchandise between origin and stores, within the region and within the AU market. The position works closely with primary stakeholders in Australia, APAC teams, and SG and HK offices.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support Australia logistics process flow and ensure smooth operations
- Drive for supply chain excellence, targeting on synergy, cost optimisation or operational service enhancements
- Handle inbound and outbound invoicing and shipments as well as reverse logistics
- Responsible for data administration tasks such as international transfers, warehouse inventory management, CITES log, billing etc.
- Coordinate with different departments and 3PL parties to coordinate effective stock movement and related communication
- Provide routine and ad hoc reports to management of each brand and the Group
- Support retail supply chain projects and ad hoc assignments. Ensure the execution with feedback for improving operation efficiency.
- Support additional ad hoc projects for retail Australia

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Background in Luxury or FMCG retail industry is a plus
- Analytical, problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong numerical sense and excellent MS Excel skills to provide accurate analysis
- Good time management, interpersonal & organisational skills
- Fluent in English.
