- Market leader and disruptor in their industry, our client has created a desirable product proposition in the FMCG sector and with big growth plans they are looking for a Logistics Manager to join them.
**The role**
The Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the logistics function (3PL, inbound, outbound & customer service) with commercial, financial, and strategic accountabilities to successfully build a sustainable and scalable logistics model, as well as maintaining a hands-on and involved role operationally to support, develop and drive customer services levels and performance deliverables across the team.
**What we're looking for**
Logistics Manager preferably from FMCG who can inspire, lead, and develop people and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be able to articulate your achievements in building a scalable logistics model, have good commercial, financial and strategic nous, and consider yourself to be a hands-on and involved leader who is proactive and forward-thinking. You will have expertise in end-to-end logistics, 3PL management, logistics process and solutions development, cost optimisation, people development/leadership and ideally a good understanding of reverse logistics.
