We're now looking for a **Customer Service & Logistics Administrator** to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this role you will be responsible for correct assessment of returned items from both B2C and B2B customers. You will be keeping DW IT systems updated with relevant information and you will serve as the point of contact for both internal departments and external customers and important regarding reverse logistics.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**
- As a true DW expert, you will be controlling the quality of returned products
- Making decisions on approved or non-approved returns, sellable or non-sellable products
- Handling the reverse logistics transactions in DW IT systems
- Communicating and cooperating with customer service, sales departments and warehouse
Entering of wholesale orders into the ERP system
- Resolve escalations from Wholesale and Online Customers
- Assisting with picking and packing of orders
- Investigating and solving issues related to reverse logistics
- Identify repeated quality issues and propose improvement
- Basic watch repairs and battery replacement - Training and Development provided
- Establish strong relationships and work closely with various functions within DW to secure a good customer experience
- Be a part of the team developing the future global Daniel Wellington supply chain
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Experience in e-commerce reverse logistics handling, customer service
- Great time management skills with ability to work at a fast pace without losing quality in your performance
- Capability of acquiring deep knowledge of work processes affecting the reverse logistics flow
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
- Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferable, but not mandatory
- Consistently well organized and show great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Strong sense of quality and a trustworthy personality
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
- Ability to work autonomously; effective time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks with accuracy, and meeting deadlines
